Jennifer Crews is the founder of Power Full®, a leadership framework at the intersection of business strategy and interpersonal strategy. She helps executives and teams accelerate results with clear strategic direction, individual performance standards, and seamless collaboration.
Over three decades, Jennifer has developed and executed business strategies. For fifteen years, she served as a leader within businesses such as Lucent Technologies and Dun & Bradstreet, where she ran multimillion-dollar projects ($250M+) and product lines ($61M), respectively.
For the past seventeen years, she has advised CEOs, senior executives, and leadership teams across industries — from Fortune 50 corporations to early-stage startups — helping them turn strategy into execution.
This varied experience has given Jennifer a clear perspective on why some well-designed business strategies succeed while others don’t: success depends on applying the same strategic rigor to the team behind the plan as to the plan itself.
This insight led Jennifer to create The Power Full® Playbook, a practical and actionable approach informed by science and team sports. The Playbook strengthens collaboration, communication, and confidence in real time as teams work to deliver business results, without waiting for the next offsite.
Jennifer has consulted for or delivered keynotes and workshops to organizations including IBM, Prudential, Coca-Cola, the American Heart Association, Marketers That Matter, The College of New Jersey, and others. Since 2019, she has also facilitated groups for Chief, the professional network for women executives.
Jennifer holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a BA from Lafayette College, where she was captain of the soccer team. She serves on the Board of Trustees for Second Life Bikes and on the Advisory Council for Chesterwood, the historic home and studio of Daniel Chester French.
